• What kind of guarantee or warranty do I get for the my product?
  We understand the concept of peace of mind. Every product sold on DTM is inspected before shipping to ensure its condition. If you've received a damaged product, or a faulty product, we'll take care of speaking with the shipping company regarding the insurance, or the manufacturer of your product. All you have to do is return yours so that we may send you a new one that you can enjoy.
• I returned my product and DTMrack said it wasn't purchased through DTM and you won't replace it. Although we do offer an incredibly convienient warranty for our customers, we have to protect ourselves from those who aren't. Every DTMrack product that is sold has a unique undetectable identifier that allows us to know it was purchased here. Products without it, for certain were not purchased at DTMrack.com
• I'm trying to decide between two different products. Are you bias in any of your reviews?
